About the role
- Conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and Hadrian’s manufacturing capabilities, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Define project scope and manage onboarding and operational programs from initiation through completion
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to close identified capability gaps
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Hold regular (weekly) sync meetings with customers to review progress and align on deliverables
- Manage and communicate weekly open order reports to internal stakeholders and customers
- Act as the voice of the customer on the factory floor, triaging, escalating, and resolving issues
- Make real-time decisions to unblock factory operations while balancing customer expectations and production constraints
- Translate customer requests into clear and actionable factory tasks
- Interpret and apply customer and industry quality specifications to ensure compliance
- Support and facilitate customer audits and technical reviews
- Partner with sales during customer demos, onsite visits, and technical discussions to represent operational capabilities
Requirements
- Technically adept engineer who can bridge customer needs with Hadrian’s manufacturing and software capabilities

- Understanding of Quality Systems (admired)
- AS9100/Customer Audit Experience (admired)
- ITAR requirement: must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain U.S. Department of State authorizations
