About the role

  • Conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and Hadrian’s manufacturing capabilities, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Define project scope and manage onboarding and operational programs from initiation through completion
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to close identified capability gaps
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Hold regular (weekly) sync meetings with customers to review progress and align on deliverables
  • Manage and communicate weekly open order reports to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer on the factory floor, triaging, escalating, and resolving issues
  • Make real-time decisions to unblock factory operations while balancing customer expectations and production constraints
  • Translate customer requests into clear and actionable factory tasks
  • Interpret and apply customer and industry quality specifications to ensure compliance
  • Support and facilitate customer audits and technical reviews
  • Partner with sales during customer demos, onsite visits, and technical discussions to represent operational capabilities

Requirements

  • Technically adept engineer who can bridge customer needs with Hadrian’s manufacturing and software capabilities

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and quality teams

  • Translate customer requests (PO expedites, revision changes, quantity updates) into factory tasks
  • Interpret and apply customer and industry quality specifications
  • Support and facilitate customer audits and technical reviews
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings
  • Basic understanding of CAD software
  • Internal and customer-facing communication skills
  • Project management, cross-functional collaboration, decision making/prioritization
  • Indirect leadership and presentation skills
  • Basic GD&T understanding (admired)
  • Understanding of Quality Systems (admired)
  • AS9100/Customer Audit Experience (admired)
  • ITAR requirement: must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain U.S. Department of State authorizations
