About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a set of existing defense and government accounts
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within those accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive expansion opportunities from early identification through to close
- Maintain a clear view of account strategy, priorities, and pipeline
- Align internal teams to support account growth and delivery
- Identify connections across programs, teams, and initiatives to build momentum
- Contribute to overall revenue growth within the US market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing and growing accounts in the US defense or government space
- Proven ability to deliver net revenue growth within existing accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on expansion and deal progression
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to connect activity across an account to create momentum and drive growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
