About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate high-quality leads across US defense and government organizations
- Build and leverage networks to expand Hadean’s presence and credibility
- Support lead conversion by shaping early-stage opportunities and engagements
- Take on elements of senior sales responsibility to scale outbound efforts
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within defense programs and agencies
- Contribute to the growth and development of Hadean’s defense network
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align opportunities with product capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling into the US defense or government ecosystem
- Strong network within relevant organizations and stakeholders
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and convert opportunities into deals
- Ability to understand complex environments and identify where opportunities align
- Strong commercial judgment and deal awareness
- Skilled at connecting the dots across conversations, stakeholders, and programs to build momentum
- Ability to create opportunities by aligning needs, timing, and stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, outcome-focused approach
