About the role

  • You will work directly with the founder
  • See how a real-brand business operates — from the first customer inquiry to the finished package
  • Handle administrative tasks, emails, and day-to-day operations
  • Pack orders and coordinate fulfillment
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and handle communications
  • Run sales outreach and follow up on leads
  • Host the showroom and take care of customers on site
  • Create content for social media — photos, videos, stories, on-site and on the go
  • Plan and execute events — the first is the Archive in April
  • Coordinate photoshoots
  • Plan, produce, and edit brand social media content for campaigns and shoots
  • Challenge the founder’s ideas — this is required, not optional

Requirements

  • You want to get things done, not just discuss them
  • You think in connections while maintaining attention to detail
  • You have a strong instinct for aesthetics, quality, and people
  • You work independently and ask for help when you’re stuck
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or social media is a plus but not required
  • Mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) preferred
