About the role

  • You will work directly with the founder
  • Manage admin, emails, and day-to-day operations
  • Pack orders and coordinate fulfillment
  • Maintain relationships and communications with brand ambassadors
  • Conduct sales outreach and follow up on leads
  • Oversee the showroom and welcome customers on-site
  • Create social media content — photos, videos, stories, on-site and on the go
  • Plan and execute events
  • Coordinate photoshoots
  • Plan, produce, and edit brand social media content for campaigns and shoots
  • Critically evaluate the founder's ideas

Requirements

  • You want to get things done, not just talk about them
  • You think holistically without losing sight of the details
  • You have a natural sense for aesthetics, quality, and people
  • You work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or social media is a plus but not required
