Lead high-impact demos, technical presentations, and onsite engagements with customers to design and build scalable solutions that showcase how HackerRank transforms complex hiring and upskilling challenges into simple, skills-based workflows.
Work onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover developer hiring and training needs and shape the right solution to fit their goals.
Use AI tools and new technologies to deliver solutions faster and improve how HackerRank supports and engages its customers.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver the full impact of HackerRank’s developer skills platform to every customer interaction.

A full-stack builder comfortable working with web applications, IDEs, APIs, back-end services, and developer tools and technologies.
Confident speaking onsite with enterprise customers, whether it’s delivering a demo, gathering requirements, and turning them into high-impact workflows and solutions.
A clear communicator who can go deep with engineers or simplify for non-technical crowds.
You bring energy, creativity, and a problem-solver’s mindset to every customer engagement.
Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first or integration-heavy systems.
Project management chops. Ultra organized, you can set (and meet) project deadlines.
