About the role
- Operate and manage studio equipment including cameras, multi-cam setups, microphones, lighting rigs, and recording systems.
- Set up the studio for every shoot: lighting, framing, sound checks, and ensuring a polished, ready-to-record environment.
- Oversee recording quality for both video and audio across interviews, explainers, and marketing content.
- Maintain a robust organisation system for recorded footage, backups, data security, versioning, and cross-team sharing.
- Manage shoot logistics including scheduling with internal teams, coordinating calendars, and ensuring smooth pre- and post-production workflows.
- Lead and coordinate external video editors across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in quality, timelines, and creative direction.
Requirements
- Hands-on studio production experience
- Comfortable working with multi-camera workflows, studio lighting techniques, and audio recording fundamentals.
- Strong communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders across marketing, design, leadership, and product.
- Experience in agency or in-house studio environments.
- Understanding of color profiles, LUTs, file formats, and codecs.
