About the role

  • HackerOne is a global leader in offensive security solutions. Work as a Senior Software Engineer in the Bug Bounty Product Line, technical lead on projects and build features for community and customers. Interact with security researchers and build hacker-facing features. Lead projects, mentor engineers, ship highly-available performant features, and deliver key results for objectives. Apply and build AI/LLMs and agentic workflows into product features. Hybrid role located in Groningen, Netherlands (2 or 3 days per week in the office).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of development experience within a SAAS environment Experience with dynamically typed, OOP languages such as JavaScript, Objective-C, PHP, Python or Ruby. Practical SQL experience (5+ year, PostgreSQL preferred) Practical experience with React JS or similar libraries Experience leading technical projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle GenAI experience Ruby on Rails (2+ years of experience) React JS (2+ years of experience) GraphQL Amazon Web Services Ability to coordinate efforts around new initiatives with senior engineers and product managers.
