Key responsibilities & impact

Use data to prove the ROI of our cybersecurity training platform
Navigate complex datasets using SQL and Python
Present insights to executive-level stakeholders
Partner with stakeholders in Federal agencies to translate their specific security compliance needs into data-driven success plans
Use Python and SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets
Create interactive dashboards and presentations to showcase ROI and performance metrics
Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify "high-risk" cohorts
Provide tailored recommendations to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases
Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis
Mastery of Looker, or other visualization tools, to create "at-a-glance" executive views and deep-dive operational reports
High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
Understanding of churn metrics, adoption rates, engagement funnels, and learning metrics
Familiarity with client success metrics. Familiarity with the ed tech industry is a plus
