• Become intimately familiar with Habitat’s core values and cultural competencies and capabilities to ensure we are staffing centers and non-participant-facing roles with a team that cares and creates joy for our participants.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of TA Specialists to ensure we meet time-to-fill goals with high-quality candidates.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with Center Leadership and non-participant-facing leaders.
• Review and optimize current talent acquisition processes, tools, and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead Habitat’s executive search efforts and provide white-glove service to hiring managers.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment for certain roles as needed to support the team.
• In partnership with the Sr. Director of People, develop and implement a targeted talent attraction strategy including employer branding efforts, redesigned careers page, utilization of Indeed and LinkedIn, and university recruitment.
• Assist and participate in the planning, advertising, and execution of hiring fairs.
• Design and own dashboards and metrics for the TA function.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
