About the role

  • Analyse and translate regulatory and policy frameworks into clear, enforceable AI rule logic to support compliant marketing and communications.
  • Help deploy our enterprise-grade LLM solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Streamline tedious review processes so professionals can focus on strategic work.
  • Create and refine onboarding resources that boost client productivity.
  • Help to guide new users through a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Monitor evolving regulations and compliance best practices to inform product updates.
  • Conduct targeted legal research to shape AI capabilities and maintain accuracy.
  • Translate client needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and AI model development.
  • Contribute to case studies, white papers, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Track and analyse AI performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Legal Degree Required: LLB or JD (Bar admission is a significant plus).
  • Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or legal process outsourcing (LPO).
  • Analytical Precision: Exceptional legal research skills with the ability to "codify" complex regulations into logical steps.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal English skills, with a collaborative, client-first mindset.
  • Work Setup: Ability to work remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience with LegalTech, AI tools, or SaaS platforms; Experience in marketing approvals, regulatory risk, or global compliance projects; Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Trello); Technical curiosity regarding data workflows or how LLMs function.
