About the role

  • Responsible for exciting Salesforce projects – from the initial idea through to successful implementation.
  • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, analyze customer requirements and support implementation.
  • Develop sustainable solutions together with our developers and the client that create real added value.
  • Independently lead and manage Salesforce projects.
  • Advise our clients on the further development of their Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement configuration tasks and changes in Salesforce.
  • Conduct requirements workshops; analyze and capture requirements, prepare concepts and implement configurations.
  • Manage project roadmaps and resources in close coordination with the client.
  • Project controlling, documentation of project progress and solutions.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the Salesforce environment – ideally a mix of consulting and project management (min. 3 years)
  • Practical experience working in agile projects
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Desirable: experience with Experience Cloud, Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Marketing Cloud – alternatively, strong interest in developing expertise in these areas
  • Ideally experience using Jira and Confluence, plus Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to model them in Salesforce; experience as a sales or service manager is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, structured working style and enjoyment of client interaction
  • Excellent German language skills and good English skills.
