About the role

  • Support of IT operations in first- and second-level support
  • Administration of the IT infrastructure
  • Integration of various platforms and systems (e.g., printers, Active Directory, user policies)
  • Setup and relocation of IT workstations on site
  • Management, oversight and coordination of cooperation with external IT service providers
  • Collaboration and technical coordination within the central corporate IT

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT system administration (clients, hardware, operating systems, network and firewall, virtualization)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
