About the role

  • You are responsible for consistently acquiring new customers and market segments for professional, tailored system solutions in security technology and will manage selected existing customers.
  • Your responsibilities include presenting and explaining our service portfolio during customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and development of existing accounts, including handling tenders.
  • Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions in the areas of GMS/PSIM, video, intrusion alarm (EMA), perimeter protection, access control (Zuko) and security IT networks.
  • Preparing proposal documents and presentations, and maintaining the CRM.
  • Tracking enquiries and offers as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL).
  • Participation in project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance.

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solution or system sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems, preferably with focuses on video, intrusion alarm (EMA) and perimeter protection
  • Negotiation skills, team orientation, and a reliable, customer-friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with a willingness to shape solutions
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Business-fluent German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license (car) and willingness to travel
