About the role
- Responsible for managing and strategically developing a key account portfolio with a focus on Deutsche Bahn
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Identifying and developing new market opportunities
- Planning and conducting client visits and presentations
- Preparing proposals and conducting contract negotiations
- Closely collaborating with internal specialist departments to implement sales strategies
- Preparing monthly forecasts
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in business administration, sales, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the rail or public transport (ÖPNV) sector
- Strong sensitivity to customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
