About the role
- You are responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, tailored system solutions in security technology and for managing selected existing customers.
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tender processes
- Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions in PSIM, video, Zuko, EMA (intrusion detection systems), perimeter protection and security IT networks
- Presenting and explaining our service/product portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Tracking enquiries and quotes as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
- Contributing to project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
Requirements
- Technical or commercial education or degree
- Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
- Experience in technical solution or system sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and willingness to take initiative
- Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
- Negotiation skills, teamwork and a confident, customer-oriented manner
- Valid driving licence (car) and willingness to travel
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
