About the role

  • You are responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, tailored system solutions in security technology and for managing selected existing customers.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tender processes
  • Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions in PSIM, video, Zuko, EMA (intrusion detection systems), perimeter protection and security IT networks
  • Presenting and explaining our service/product portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Preparing proposals and presentations
  • Tracking enquiries and quotes as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
  • Contributing to project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial education or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solution or system sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and willingness to take initiative
  • Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, teamwork and a confident, customer-oriented manner
  • Valid driving licence (car) and willingness to travel
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German language skills
