About the role

  • You are responsible for systematically acquiring new customers and market segments for professional, tailor-made system solutions in security technology and for managing selected existing customers.
  • Proactive acquisition of new clients and handling of tenders
  • Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
  • Presenting and explaining our service portfolio during customer meetings, at trade shows and exhibitions
  • Preparing proposal documents and presentations
  • Tracking inquiries and offers as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
  • Contributing to project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
  • Strong passion for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solutions or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with a willingness to take initiative
  • Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, team orientation and a professional, customer-friendly manner
  • Driver’s license (car) and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German
