About the role
- You are responsible for systematically acquiring new customers and market segments for professional, tailor-made system solutions in security technology and for managing selected existing customers.
- Proactive acquisition of new clients and handling of tenders
- Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
- Presenting and explaining our service portfolio during customer meetings, at trade shows and exhibitions
- Preparing proposal documents and presentations
- Tracking inquiries and offers as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
- Contributing to project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
- Strong passion for working with customers
- Experience in technical solutions or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with a willingness to take initiative
- Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team orientation and a professional, customer-friendly manner
- Driver’s license (car) and willingness to travel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German
