About the role

  • Responsible for consistently acquiring new customers and opening up market segments for tailored security system solutions
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tender processes and bids
  • Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
  • Presenting and explaining our service and product portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Preparing proposals and presentation materials
  • Tracking inquiries and offers and drafting and managing contracts (VOB/VOL)
  • Contributing to project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and final acceptance

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or university degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solution or system sales within security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with a proactive drive to shape solutions
  • Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, ability to work in a team, and a reliable, customer-friendly manner
  • Valid car driving license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German
