About the role

  • You lead HR projects focused on the implementation, further development and administration of Workday.
  • You take on the functional leadership of the Workday project team and translate HR requirements into system solutions.
  • You analyze, standardize and digitalize HR processes group-wide across the entire employee journey.
  • You develop and implement sustainable HR process standards and ensure data and process quality.
  • You design group-wide HR reporting in close collaboration with Finance and Controlling.
  • You conduct workshops, accompany rollouts in subsidiaries and support change-management initiatives.
  • You act as the central interface between HR, IT and other stakeholders and support operational HR activities.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience with HR processes and have ideally already held project responsibility in this context.
  • You have experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (administration experience is an advantage).
  • You hold a degree in business administration, HR management or a related field.
  • You bring project management know-how as well as a strong process understanding.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT and numbers.
  • You present confidently to HR stakeholders and executive management.
  • You are resilient, communicative and persuasive in change processes.
  • Native-level German, very good English.
