About the role
- Comprehensive support for our employees and first point of contact for all HR-related questions
- Support with payroll processing in cooperation with our external service provider
- Independent handling of all operational HR processes from contract preparation to employment references
- Administration and maintenance of time tracking (e.g., recording, monitoring and analysis of working hours, absences and time off)
- Active involvement in recruiting and onboarding
- Development and optimization of HR processes and policies
- Support and implementation of personnel development measures
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with HR further education or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
- Experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor law
- Confident user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
