About the role

  • Comprehensive support for our employees and first point of contact for all HR-related questions
  • Support with payroll processing in cooperation with our external service provider
  • Independent handling of all operational HR processes from contract preparation to employment references
  • Administration and maintenance of time tracking (e.g., recording, monitoring and analysis of working hours, absences and time off)
  • Active involvement in recruiting and onboarding

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with HR further education or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • Experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor law
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German language skills
