About the role

  • Administration of client systems and user management
  • Daily monitoring of server systems: 3 physical servers (2 primary and 1 backup), 30 virtual servers (Windows/Linux)
  • Administration of server infrastructure using Hyper-V
  • Support and maintenance of infrastructure components: network switches, printers, Wi‑Fi
  • Configuration and adjustment of the firewall (Sophos)
  • Administration of antivirus solution (Kaspersky)
  • Patch management and Windows rollouts via WSUS
  • Coordination and integration of external IT service providers
  • Administration of mail server (Exchange on-premises)
  • Administration of mobile device management (ESET Cloud)

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor's) in IT electronics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT company
  • Very good technical knowledge in working with IT systems
  • Proficient in server technology and in implementing security and backup software
  • High level of commitment, initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
