About the role

  • Support construction and project management with sales tasks and the development of project plans
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotations
  • Place material orders and manage them using the ERP system
  • Ensure construction site documentation is maintained
  • Prepare invoices for maintenance, service and installation work
  • Provide expert advice to our customers regarding our siren solutions
  • Provide ongoing customer support and service
  • Independently acquire new orders and contracts

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or, alternatively, a vocational trade qualification with basic business knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Initial experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable systems) is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license (Class B / standard car license)
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Strong communicator, team player and well organized
