About the role

Requirements

  • Experience & background: You have professional experience in project controlling, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering.
  • Education: You are an industrial engineering graduate or hold a comparable qualification.
  • Numerical proficiency: You enjoy working with KPIs and bring structure to complex topics.
  • Communication: You explain financial and business contexts clearly — within the project team and to management.
  • Working style: You are analytical, organized and pragmatic.
  • Technology & tools: You are enthusiastic about digital solutions, AI and modern software.
  • Team fit: You work independently, reliably and with a sense of humour.
