About the role
- Monitor costs, schedules and quality
- Identify deviations and help the team take corrective action
- Manage cost control and conduct benchmarking during the sales process
- Coordinate within the team as a sparring partner on equal footing and ensure transparency in all financial matters
- Oversee projects from a variety of industries
Requirements
- Professional experience in project controlling, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
- Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to bring structure to complex topics
- Clear communication of economic/financial issues within the project team and to senior management
- Analytical, organized and pragmatic working style
- Technical understanding of works contracts, financing and guarantees/bonds
- Ability to use digital solutions and modern software
