About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support multiple projects, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and key milestones
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on operational performance and trends
Support Salesforce and other business systems through updates, troubleshooting, and user support
Assist with implementation and testing of a new CRM platform for tickets, chats, and calls
Coordinate testing in secure environments, validating functionality and security requirements
Manage and support integrations between business systems and tools
Provide real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots
Document processes and train team members on system and automation best practices
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify process improvements and increase efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
3 years minimum related work experience
Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
Ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)
Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines
Experience managing projects from start to finish
Experience in a consulting environment
Experience with data, reporting, and dashboarding
PMP certification, equivalent, or completed work toward PMP certification or equivalent
Some tax or financial background
