About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive a cross-functional team through a discovery-to-delivery model
Run product discovery and surface customer opportunities
Decide whether initiatives are validation tests or committed builds
Write initiative briefs, outcome hypotheses, problem statements, assumption maps, and validation thresholds
Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Drive recurring prep and build cycles and lead milestone reviews
Prioritize the backlog using scoring models and bet types
Partner with embedded design and engineering teams to assess feasibility
Bring data-driven recommendations to leadership through a decision framework
Own the team’s OKRs and accountability for cycle verdicts and longer-term product outcomes
Develop product craft alongside Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfort leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle
Curiosity for emerging technologies and ability to apply them to improve outcomes
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Introduction to formal product management methodologies
Minimum 3 years of related work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools
Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles
Preferred: Experience building or contributing to AI-powered product experiences
Preferred: PMP certification, equivalent certification, or completed work toward certification
