About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Tax business
- Partner with GTM Strategy and marketing leaders to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch requirements
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities, objectives, dependencies, and key campaign milestones
- Coordinate work across marketing, creative, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to drive seamless execution
- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to maintain momentum, accountability, and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution
- Manage project documentation, campaign timelines, and execution plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time, within budget, and in support of business objectives
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, recommendations, and budget visibility to marketing leadership
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and adaptability while helping teams navigate competing priorities and evolving business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong organizational, project planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated success coordinating diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and project management tool proficiency.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives (preferred)
- Experience working within a Marketing Operations, Program Management Office (PMO), or similar environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies (preferred)
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization (preferred).
