About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for transcript-related products and workflows
- Ensure product priorities align with business objectives and customer needs
- Identify customer needs through research, feedback, and market analysis
- Translate customer and business insights into clear product requirements
- Lead products through the full lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to support successful product execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment on product strategy and priorities
- Prioritize product initiatives, features, and enhancements to maximize business value and customer impact
- Analyze product performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and priorities to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build alignment throughout the product development process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Technical proficiency and understanding
- Business acumen and understanding of market trends
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Leadership and influence skills, particularly among cross-functional teams
- Empathy and customer focus
- Master of Business Administration or Finance (preferred)
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent (preferred)
