About the role

  • You will join a profitable, consistently running Shopify D2C store that has been operating successfully for 10 years and, together with the founder, take it to the next level.
  • Your task is to identify the right levers, select clear growth paths, and execute them consistently with hands-on operational involvement.
  • Analysis & Prioritization: Evaluate existing channels, processes and potentials, and decide which 2–3 growth paths will actually deliver ROI.
  • Strategic Scaling: Paid social, SEO, CRM, Amazon or international expansion – you define the route and systematically prepare it for scaling.
  • Focused Execution: You will work lean with the founder and a small team, coordinate freelancers and implement only what truly moves the needle.
  • Shop & Funnel Optimization: Continuously test, improve and scale profitably—covering conversion, offers, bundles, creatives and landing pages.
  • KPI Ownership: ROAS, contribution margin, CAC, growth – you will manage by the numbers and achieve stable revenue increases from a "self-running" setup.
  • Fresh Perspective & Expertise: You bring modern e‑commerce and growth methods, professionalize the operating system and establish focused growth routines.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record of scaling e-commerce and D2C brands—concrete examples, numbers or case studies are invaluable.
  • Performance marketing is in your blood (Meta/TikTok/Google) and you can demonstrate working setups and results.
  • You can profitably optimize Shopify stores—from offers and bundles to CRO—and have completed, documented projects to show.
  • You excel at prioritization: you pick the 2–3 growth levers that deliver ROI and drive them through consistently.
  • You operate like an operator: building systems, streamlining processes, removing bottlenecks—with a demonstrable history.
  • You can explain, manage and improve KPIs (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, AOV) and have done so with measurable results.
  • You have experience managing small teams and freelancers and working closely with founders.
  • You are hands‑on, with strong strategic judgement—you know what you’re doing and why.
  • You won’t be held back—you get started without fear.
