About the role
- Active conversion architecture (hands-on): Optimizing and designing landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows
- Build and operation of a testing engine: Establishing a stable testing process
- End-to-end funnel transparency: Mapping and optimizing complete customer journeys and eliminating targeted drop-off points
- Optimization of lead quality (lead scoring): Designing and implementing behavior-based scoring models
- Data-to-action roadmap: Identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
- Stakeholder management: Serving as the interface between Marketing and IT
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in conversion optimization
- Highly proficient with VWO or comparable testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Varify), GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Technical understanding on par with developers: CMS, HTML, CSS, ideally JavaScript
- Deep expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, hypothesis formation, and data-driven decision making
- Strong sense for conversion-focused content, modern web design, and a user-friendly, consistent brand experience
- Clear reporting and structured documentation of hypotheses, tests, and results
