About the role

  • Active conversion architecture (hands-on): Optimizing and designing landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows
  • Build and operation of a testing engine: Establishing a stable testing process
  • End-to-end funnel transparency: Mapping and optimizing complete customer journeys and eliminating targeted drop-off points
  • Optimization of lead quality (lead scoring): Designing and implementing behavior-based scoring models
  • Data-to-action roadmap: Identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
  • Stakeholder management: Serving as the interface between Marketing and IT

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in conversion optimization
  • Highly proficient with VWO or comparable testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Varify), GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Technical understanding on par with developers: CMS, HTML, CSS, ideally JavaScript
  • Deep expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, hypothesis formation, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong sense for conversion-focused content, modern web design, and a user-friendly, consistent brand experience
  • Clear reporting and structured documentation of hypotheses, tests, and results
