About the role
- Provide personal legal advice and solutions to our members
- Conduct in-depth compliance reviews of members' online shops
- Advise members by phone and in writing (chat, email)
- Research legal issues and topics in the area of e-commerce
- Monitor legislative developments and contribute to the development and enhancement of solutions for our legal products
- Draft legal information materials (e.g., information sheets) for our members
- Collaborate across departments with other business units
Requirements
- At least the First State Examination in Law (or equivalent qualification)
- Ideally, initial experience in distance selling law, contract law (law of obligations), intellectual property/trade mark law, product labeling requirements, and data protection law
- Enthusiasm for practicing law in an innovative industry
- Interest in LegalTech and a strong affinity for e-commerce and IT law
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Basic technical understanding
- Enjoys working in a team
- Strong written and spoken German skills (minimum C1)
