About the role
- Provide individual legal advice and resolve legal issues
- Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews of members' online shops
- Advise members by phone and in writing
- Research legal issues in the field of e-commerce
- Monitor legislative developments
- Prepare legal information materials for members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units
Requirements
- Completion of the First State Examination in Law (mind. Erstes Staatsexamen)
- Ideally some experience in distance selling/e‑commerce law, contract/obligations law, intellectual property/commercial protection law, product labeling requirements, and data protection/privacy law
- Enthusiasm for legal work in an innovative industry
- Interest in Legal Tech
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Basic understanding of technical concepts
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (minimum C1)
