Customer Success Manager

• You are the interface between Höme and our partners: from first contact through proposal processes to implementation and ongoing management of collaborations.
• You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
• Your task is to maintain our existing partnerships, identify new ones, and help shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
• Customer Success Management: You are the first point of contact for our partners and support them in getting the most out of our tools for their event.
• Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, clean, and well organized.
• Research: You find new interesting events that could be a good fit for us.
• Support & Tools: You work with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk and, of course, email.
• On-site support: When needed, you may be on-site at events to support our team at entry/door.
• Analysis: You assist in analyzing feedback and data so we can continue to improve.

• Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Höme und unseren Partner*innen: Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Angebotsprozesse bis hin zur Umsetzung und Betreuung laufender Kooperationen.
• Dabei lernst du, wie Vertriebs- und Kundenbeziehungsmanagement in einem kreativen Umfeld funktioniert.
• Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere bestehenden Partnerschaften zu pflegen, neue zu identifizieren und mitzugestalten, wie wir Festivalveranstaltende und weitere Events noch besser unterstützen können.
• Customer Success Management: Du bist erste Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Partner*innen und unterstützt sie darin, das beste aus unseren Tools für ihr Event herauszuholen.
• Datenbankpflege: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Informationen aktuell, sauber und gut sortiert sind.
• Recherche: Du findest neue spannende Events, die zu uns passen könnten.
• On-Site-Support: Bei Bedarf bist du punktuell vor Ort bei Events und unterstützt unser Team am Einlass.
• Auswertungen: Du hilfst bei der Analyse von Rückmeldungen und Daten – damit wir uns weiter verbessern können.
