About the role
- Serve as the primary sales representative for assigned customers throughout North America
- Sell products and technical support services and provide quality customer service
- Establish and communicate price updates and manage related commercial activities
- Submit and fulfill annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Evaluate sales results and report significant shifts in volume requirements
- Provide efficient customer service and review surveys, NDAs, and contracts
- Coordinate with respective departments on activities with customers
- React on trends in the market place as well as competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales, account management, manufacturing, engineering, or related field
- Experience utilizing customer management systems
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time
