• Serve as the primary sales representative for assigned customers throughout North America
• Sell products and technical support services and provide quality customer service
• Establish and communicate price updates and manage related commercial activities
• Submit and fulfill annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Evaluate sales results and report significant shifts in volume requirements
• Provide efficient customer service and review surveys, NDAs, and contracts
• Coordinate with respective departments on activities with customers
• React on trends in the market place as well as competitor activities
