About the role
- Key role in monitoring and optimizing our production processes
- Preparation and analysis of manufacturing cost calculations for existing and new products
- Monitoring and analysis of production KPIs and identification of optimization potential
- Support in pricing and product valuation
- Costing and post-costing (final costing) of customer orders and projects
- Development and implementation of measures to increase production efficiency
- Preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making
- Development and enhancement of a manufacturing cost dashboard for process optimization
- Close cooperation with specialist departments, particularly Production, Purchasing and Sales
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling or Finance
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in mechanical engineering or a comparable manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing cost calculation, product and order costing
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Confident use of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS 365, especially Excel
- Ideally prior experience in dashboard creation, e.g., with Microsoft Power BI
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
