About the role
- Key role in managing and optimizing our production processes
- Prepare and analyze manufacturing cost calculations for existing and new products
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify optimization potential
- Support pricing and product valuation based on transparent cost structures
- Perform costing and post-calculation for customer orders and projects
- Develop and implement measures to increase production efficiency
- Produce regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support management
- Build and further develop a manufacturing cost dashboard to support process optimization
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling or Finance
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in mechanical engineering or a comparable manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing cost calculation, product and order costing
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Confident user of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS 365, especially Excel
- Ideally, prior experience in dashboard creation, e.g., with Microsoft Power BI
- Good written and spoken English
