About the role
- Support the establishment and further development of the value analysis function within purchasing
- Develop a concept for implementing a systematic value analysis
- Analyze existing cost structures and identify cost drivers
- Conduct benchmarking and derive appropriate measures
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of value analysis processes
- Prepare management presentations
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Analytical skills and a basic understanding of production processes
- Initial experience in purchasing, controlling or product development is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ideally, initial experience with value analysis methods or process optimization
