About the role
- Ensure that digital products and services are in the hands of professionals
- Act as the link between internal product development and external IT service providers
- Manage and control external service providers responsible for IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement solution concepts for IT architectures
- Coordinate a wide range of projects—from traditional OT environments and IoT solutions to innovative AI applications
- Design and shape the global support network for digital products
- Work closely with IT security and corporate governance teams as well as with international project teams
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in information technology, ideally in IT infrastructure and data centers
- Strong communication skills
- Holistic thinking and a confident presence
- Enjoy turning concepts into tangible solutions
- Good written and spoken German and English
