About the role
- Responsibility for all individual employment-law matters within HR support
- Managing a team of eight employees (HR Business Partners and back office)
- Providing HR support for a business unit
- Optimizing and digitizing HR management processes
- Establishing and expanding HR expertise at international locations
- Designing and supporting strategic HR projects
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on employment law
- Initial leadership experience in an HR environment
- Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
- Experience working in global, intercultural teams, preferably on HR topics
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
