About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional EHS compliance and risk management programs
- Oversee and continuously improve PSM programs and standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics
- Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture
- Deliver EHS training and regulatory guidance to employees
- Support daily EHS operations, including hazard identification and mitigation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10-15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environments
- Demonstrated experience managing OSHA compliance programs
- Extensive experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
