About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead regional EHS compliance and risk management programs
Oversee and continuously improve PSM programs and standards
Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics
Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture
Deliver EHS training and regulatory guidance to employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
10-15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environments
Demonstrated experience managing OSHA compliance programs
Extensive experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM)
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
