About the role
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites
- Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives
- Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools
- Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training
- 3+ years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction roles
- Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
