About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reduce fraud-related losses and improve operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line and the health of the ecosystem.
Design solid product features and experiences that positively impact millions of users, corporate clients, and partners globally, balancing security with seamless customer experiences.
Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives.
Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product.
Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data, that supports good product decisions.
Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress;
Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

+5 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
Very organised person, with excellent communication skills.
Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
Curiosity, mastery of AI fundamentals, and a willingness to learn AI are also requirements
Experience with fraud is a plus, but not mandatory.
