About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reduce fraud-related losses and improve operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line and the health of the ecosystem.
  • Design solid product features and experiences that positively impact millions of users, corporate clients, and partners globally, balancing security with seamless customer experiences.
  • Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product.
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data, that supports good product decisions.
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • +5 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
  • Very organised person, with excellent communication skills.
  • Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
  • Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity, mastery of AI fundamentals, and a willingness to learn AI are also requirements
  • Experience with fraud is a plus, but not mandatory.
