About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.
  • Handle all partner needs and issues during the partnership lifecycle.
  • Achieve exclusivity targets by negotiating and securing exclusive deals with partners.
  • Optimize the customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues and ensuring smooth operations with the partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.
  • Conduct regular analysis of partner performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on partner success metrics and project outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of support materials and tutorials.
  • Be able to train and engage partners’ employees on Wellhub's value proposition.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
  • Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Salesforce and Metabase are nice to have
  • Required at least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success or related fields.
  • Experience working in the fitness/wellbeing industry is a plus
  • English fluency is nice to have.
