About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.
- Handle all partner needs and issues during the partnership lifecycle.
- Achieve exclusivity targets by negotiating and securing exclusive deals with partners.
- Optimize the customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues and ensuring smooth operations with the partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.
- Conduct regular analysis of partner performance and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver reports on partner success metrics and project outcomes.
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of support materials and tutorials.
- Be able to train and engage partners’ employees on Wellhub's value proposition.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
- Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Salesforce and Metabase are nice to have.
- Required at least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success or related fields.
- Experience working in the fitness/wellbeing industry is a plus.
- English fluency is nice to have.
