About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and grow the channel partner ecosystem across Argentina and Chile.
  • Drive indirect revenue through hunting new reseller partners and farming existing alliances.
  • Own end-to-end partner relationships from commercial negotiation to execution.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Prospect and engage senior decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Monitor and report channel performance accurately.
  • Ensure commercial sustainability by managing partner margins, MAP clauses, and deal structures.
  • Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in indirect sales, reseller partnerships, or B2B alliance management
  • Comfortable opening new partner relationships and deepening existing ones
  • Understanding of partner economics, margin management, and deal structuring
  • Autonomous professional capable of managing complex negotiations
  • Skilled communicator and influencer engaging senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Argentina and Chilean business landscape
  • Experience in SaaS, wellness, or HR technology environments is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)
