About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full strategic and operational leadership of the Fitprime brand
- Manage the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover
- Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers and corporate C-Levels
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success
- Oversee project management efforts to reduce operational workload through automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading business units, divisions, or fast-growing startups
- Exceptional adaptability and readiness for change
- Excellent project management skills focusing on process management and automation
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills for high-level negotiations
- Effective people management and leadership skills for large teams
- Strategic flexibility to navigate ambiguity
- Fluent in English
- Strong background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits is a plus
