About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create strategies, negotiate and close deals and sales strategies for small and medium-sized public sector clients.
- Understand clients' needs and be resourceful in quickly finding solutions.
- Collaborate with Wellhub's marketing/branding team to continuously improve sales assets.
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for all new clients.
- Constantly look for ways to innovate our sales process and product offering.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in São Paulo.
- Must be able to go to the office at least 4 times per month.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Previous experience serving Public Sector clients, managing client relationships and sales—particularly with Municipal and State Governments, Judiciary and Legislative branches—is mandatory.
- Ability to operate independently and leverage route management as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and broad ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to monitor data, analyze reports, and leverage results.
- Ability to analyze and improve current work processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a fast-evolving global business environment.
- Experience selling HR Solutions, Wellness/Health or Corporate Benefits is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Procurement and Contracts (Law 14.133/21) is a plus.
- English fluency is not required but is considered a plus.
