About the role
- Identify and engage SMB prospects using email, phone, LinkedIn, video and other creative outreach methods daily
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Build trust with prospects by actively listening, addressing questions, and confidently overcoming objections
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of workplace wellness and how Wellhub solutions support business goals
- Use CRM and sales tools to accurately track prospect interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve sales skills and career growth
- Contribute to company success by helping grow the sales pipeline and opening new business opportunities

Requirements
- Early in your career with 1-2+ years of professional experience, eager to start in tech or sales
- Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset
- Insatiably curious and motivated to ask 'why' and learn
- Coachable and committed to continuous development
- Polished, consultative, executive-level presence and strong communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Motivated, critical thinker; no prior sales experience required
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage pipeline
