About the role

  • Identify and engage SMB prospects using email, phone, LinkedIn, video and other creative outreach methods daily
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Build trust with prospects by actively listening, addressing questions, and confidently overcoming objections
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of workplace wellness and how Wellhub solutions support business goals
  • Use CRM and sales tools to accurately track prospect interactions and manage sales pipeline
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve sales skills and career growth
  • Contribute to company success by helping grow the sales pipeline and opening new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Early in your career with 1-2+ years of professional experience, eager to start in tech or sales
  • Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Insatiably curious and motivated to ask 'why' and learn
  • Coachable and committed to continuous development
  • Polished, consultative, executive-level presence and strong communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Motivated, critical thinker; no prior sales experience required
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage pipeline
