About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organization of routines for client implementations, including deadlines, open items, follow-ups, and next steps for engagement and communication actions.
  • Help organize and update client information, materials, and data.
  • Support the creation and adaptation of communication plans and materials, considering the client profile, target audiences, and available channels.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries and supporting clients throughout their journey, always under team guidance.
  • Support the review of materials, links, presentations, and communication flows before they are sent.
  • Monitor the progress of launches and organize basic data to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, action plans, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams to collect information, align next steps, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to documenting processes and improvements that make the operation more organized, efficient, and scalable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Interest in client implementation, engagement, communication, and customer experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and Google collaborative tools.
  • Curious to learn new tools, including artificial intelligence, and to use them practically to improve organization, productivity, information analysis, and material creation.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about the Wellhub product, our clients, and engagement strategies.
  • Enjoys working in partnership with different teams and internal stakeholders.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) in a hybrid model (onsite once a week).
  • Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
